Therapy-adjacent tools for people who love insight but hate eye contact.
Clear, practical, therapist-created education for building trust with yourself, without turning self-awareness into self-attack.
This courses differentiator? It's teaching the mechanics behind self-trust, not âhealingâ as a vague goal. Intentionally designed to help you map your patterns, up your integrity, and navigate the particular complexities of your life. With contextually informed compassion and wisdom, you can respond in their relationships with yourself and others in constructive, considerate, creative and collaborative ways.
đ Deep(er) Waters is a self-paced course where I teach around the places in us that are often tender which usually includes the places we were harmed the most, or that we are afraid we are going to be harmed in the most.  In this course I walk you through patterns you may be participating in that perpetuate cycles of pain, fear and shame: intentionally or unintentionally (aka: consciously or unconsciously). Don't worry, you get to wade in slowly. The the water is complicated.
In the Topography of Self Trust we go more deeply how to set yourself up for success for taking 100% responsibility of your 50% of any situation. I'll help you customize your 9 step Response-Ability Plan. This course ignites confidence in your ability to bring your actions and your words into alignment everyday. It is the crowning jewel of the self-paced courses merging everything youâve learned in đïž Fault Lines, âïž Fill-in-the-Feels, đĄïžDemystifying Defenses, đ Deeper Waters.
If you loved the đ Response-Ability Plan in đșïž The Topography of Self Trust and you want even more support in practicing it- this is where you will find it. Over the course of a 3 month arch, I will facilitate a weekly peer support cohort (8 max) where everyone will be able to learn and grow exponentially in their practice of their đ Response-Ability Plan. It's not for everyone, and you'll have to have taken the other three courses first. Entry through application only.

A: These courses are made to be jargon-free, delightful and well-informed ways to take in the fundamentals I believe are important for everyone to be able to understand about how to have healthy relationships with themselves, others and the systems and world around them.
-
A: If you decide to take any one of my offerings, I want to encourage you to protect the time that it takes to not only view the videos and fill out the me-sheets, and practice labs.
Schedule time that you know you wonât be interrupted, try to steal away at a coffee shop or sit in your car for an extra 15 min when you go on an errand to the grocery store if you need to.
Give yourself the space to do the active processing of the information, as well as space and time for it to sink in, settle in, download. As this is not therapy, if you have a therapist, I encourage you to bring it to your sessions.
Whatever metaphor works for you. I also want to encourage you, if you donât already know what learning style suits you best, think on it, and then interact with this material in the ways that helps you understand it the most.
-
A: I am mindful of how we all need and enjoy different types of learning. Here are some sneak peeks into the ways I try to vary what Iâm teaching.
If you are more kinesthetic/touch, the practice labs and HAND-WRITING the me sheets might be for you,
If you are auditory: Feel free to ditch the videos and just listen to me while you are clearing or taking a walk around the block.
If you are more visual- make sure that you have time to be watching it without other visual distractions around you. Iâve become aware that Iâm more visual than not, and Iâve been recently using a service called My Mind which does an interesting job of organizing things I see/experience on my computer into a visual archive.
If you are more of a verbal processor: I want to encourage you to talk about what you are learning with others who are supportive/who you trust. If there isnât anyone who fits that bill, then let yourself record yourself talking about it to yourself on your own phone or computer. Go on a walk and talk- no one will know you are talking to yourself- theyâll assume you are on a phone call.
-
A: I have a full private practice and Iâm not taking on any more 1:1 clients right now.
The other distinct space where you will get to interact with me in a teaching capacity is in the peer led group work I will facilitate in the 4th offering in this suite called đThe Observatory.
đThe Observatory is where peers practice sharing about it was for them to practice the tool in the last week and give and receive feedback. These will be weekly (starting sometime in 2026) for people want to meet with others learning The Response-Ability Plan.
It will be a no-small-talk-space with an intentional structure, and it is also not group therapy.
There will be a predictable flow and method for sharing and responding that I will facilitate.
-
A: I can understand that might happen, and I donât give out refunds.
If youâre unsure whether this course is right for you, please review the course details carefully or reach out with questions before purchasing (Iâd love to hear from you!).
