This comprehensive course was specifically designed to be easily digested and understood by anyone who seeks to gain a deeper understanding of the cycle of violence and how to effectively recognize, spot, and ultimately stop issues of power and control in a wide variety of different contexts.

The full course is 1.5 hours. If you fill out the Me Sheets, that is an amount of time that is totally up to you and how much you put into the questions. The quiz and the evaluation at the end are not meant to take longer than 5-10 minutes max.
